Next Stop, Christmas
It’s a Wonderful Polar Express
Decent production value for hallmark. Is this the “big” budget film for 2021?
Despite what the cover photo almost seems to imply, it’s not set in space but is really a light and enjoyable retelling (of sorts) of It’s a Wonderful Life combined with some Polar Express Christmas magic on a train.
Serious house envy - I’m such a sucker for these big old houses with multiple bedrooms big enough for separate sleeping and sitting areas.
B-plot dealing with infertility and adoption - not your usual Hallmark Christmas fare - I for one am here for these topics being discussed more openly.
Hap-Hap-Happiest Scene:
Train all decked out in Christmas decor looks amazing and makes me want to go on the local Polar Express trip
Wait! Why do I recognize that person?
Lyndsy Fonseca (Angie) was the daughter in How I Met Your Mother and prior to that was in Desperate Housewives.
SCORE: 7/10
