Lights, Camera, Christmas!
When a decidedly not famous local becomes part of a Christmas movie production team - literally my dream!
I love how meta this is! A Christmas movie about the making of a Christmas movie.
Clothing store owner and seamstress designer Kerry gets enlisted to be the movie’s costumer - seriously - the dream! Getting roped into being a part of a Christmas movie production team.
Brad is the “King of Christmas (movies)” and the consummate Hollywood d-bag (he turns good - this is Hallmark, after all)
“The whole town is here for the Christmas tree lighting” - whole town = max 40 people 😂
Plays into the ridiculousness of it all
I do genuinely like Kerry’s take on a fashionable Santa suit though - I’d totally make my husband wear a three piece red suit with a tartan waistcoat.
Somehow the local-turned-costumer ends up on the on-stage panel at the premiere
SCORE: 4/10
